Improper listings: It is against the rules to sell items for a "friend" or items you do not have in your possession. The only reason I can think of for someone not being able to access Guru is due to them being banned. Listing items for a banned user will result in action against both accounts if caught.

Also, you cannot list items with a buyout of 5k in the High End subforum.
